Egypt Sunrise representative will pick you up from your hotel, to enjoy some unforgettable moments in Cairo. Saqqara to visit the Step Pyramid of King Zoser and its complex. The Step Pyramid was built for King Zoser, the founder of the Third Dynasty (about 2700 B.C.) by Imhotep, the first architect in history and it is the oldest building of stone in history. Afterwards you will visit the beautiful tomb of Kagemni (about 200 B.C.) and watch the magnificent Pyramid Texts inside the pyramid of Teti. Then have your lunch at a local restaurant and move to visit the Grand Egyptian Museum, the Complex is now offering limited guided tours to test site readiness and the visitor experience ahead of the official opening. Access is limited to the Grand Hall, Glass Court, shops, restaurants and gardens. All other interior spaces, including access to the galleries and collections, are restricted until the official opening. Back to the hotel after your Pyramid Tour.
