Following a brief guest profile interview with our sommelier to learn about the guests’ preferences, the participant will be invited to choose among five different tour and tasting formats: Neapolitan Street food & wine, gourmet food & wine, Michelin-rated restaurant & wine, vineyard’s tour & wine, and sailing & wine. The food destinations and the wines will be carefully selected taking into account the participant's tastes interests, likes, and preferences previously discussed and agreed upon in the interview. During the dedicated time, which may be in the morning, afternoon, or evening, for as little as two hours, half or full day, the sommelier will sit and share the experience with the client, talk about the history, legends, secrets, curiosities and anecdotes of the wine and food selected for the event. Moreover, he will tune in on the clients’ level and lead the tasting, teaching wine inspection techniques, food and & wine pairing principles, and further deepening topics technically where demanded.
