Located in Provo Canyon, the falls are only a short walk from the parking lot on a paved path. From there you can see the river that flows by, the falls overhead, and the many natural ponds. Passersby will often see the lake filled with ski boats, fishing boats, paddle boarders, and even some sailboats. In the winter, the ice is littered with ice fishing shacks. Deer Creek is a popular year round recreation spot. In the summer the lake is full of families boating, and in the winter Ice shacks are scattered throughout. We will be driving by, but can stop for pictures and additional sites if travelers would like.
