Meeting Point & Pickup Information
- Meeting Point: Man O'War Steps, Sydney Harbour, NSW 2000 (located next to the Sydney Opera House and Royal Botanic Gardens).
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at the wharf 15–20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time.
- Late Arrivals: The vessel is unable to wait for late arrivals as it is a public wharf.
Must Know
- Departure times vary by month to capture the sunset: Jan/Feb/Nov/Dec at 7:00 PM; Mar/Oct at 6:30 PM; Apr/Sep at 5:00 PM; May at 4:30 PM.
- The cruise does not operate during the winter months (June, July, and August).
- Special dietary requirements cannot be accommodated due to the grazing style of the menu.
- A sunset cannot be guaranteed as it is subject to weather conditions.
- Minimum passenger numbers (10) are required for the cruise to run.

- Participants opting to BYO alcoholic beverages must be of legal drinking age.

Booking Confirmation
- Your booking will be confirmed instantly.
- Please check your booking confirmation for the exact departure time.
Cancellation Policy
- You may reschedule or request a refund up to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled departure date.
- Any rescheduling requests or refund requests must be made in writing and emailed to info@seasydneyharbour.com.au.
- Requests received within seven (7) days of the booked departure date will incur either a 100% cancellation fee if you request a refund, or a 50% fee if you request a reschedule.
- Any proposed rescheduled date must be within twelve (12) months of the original booking date; otherwise, you will be deemed to have cancelled the booking and no refund will be provided.
- You may make only one (1) rescheduling request per booking.
- All rescheduling requests are subject to acceptance by Sea Sydney Harbour and may be approved or declined at its sole discretion.
- If pricing for the new date differs from the original booking, you will be required to pay the difference, or if the new price is lower, the difference will be credited back to you.
