- Departures every hour and every 30 minutes.
- Each cruise lasts approximately 20 minutes.

- Boarding reception is next to the riverside entrance (east side) of Don Quijote Dotonbori on the Tombori River Walk north bank.
- Look for the oval-shaped Ferris wheel at Don Quijote Dotonbori.
- Exchange your voucher for a time-specific boarding pass after 10:00 AM.
- Line up at the pier 15 minutes before departure; boarding starts 10 minutes before departure.
- This is not a reservation; voucher must be exchanged for a same-day boarding pass.
- Boarding may not be possible if the boat is full or due to operational reasons.
- Boat is open-top; simple raincoats provided in rain (luggage may not be fully protected).
- Umbrellas are prohibited for safety and low bridge clearance.
- Operations may be suspended or routes altered due to weather, river conditions, construction, or events.
- No service on July 13, 24, and 25.
- Student tickets valid for junior high, high school, university, and vocational students (ID required).
- Adult: Age 23 and above.
- One child under elementary school age enters free per paying adult.
- Second child and beyond: elementary school fare applies.

The 5 star rating is for the ease of using the tickets from Pelago. The queue was not too big and was given lot of different time slots to choose from. The operator of the boat explained mostly in Japanese but used few English sentences as well. He was very funny so language was not a barrier at all.
Excellent experience highly recommend
It was very relaxing and the Japanese people found the commentary of the lady who was speaking at the front of the boat interesting. Really enjoyed it, waving to other people on the boats, the bridges and sometimes at the side of the river. See quite a few tourist attractions and it is very relaxing to sit down out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Plenty of room to sit and not too cramped. Would definitely recommend to others and already have.
Very nice view of the Dotonbori. I recommend going at the afternoon end, when lights are already on and the sun is down, for a better sightseeing experience
Our tour guide was amazing! She had a trumpet and we had an enjoyable time cheering and clapping. The ride is short but good enough to see most of the highlights in the area.
