Join our authentic Sri Lankan cooking class in Sigiriya and learn to prepare a traditional rice and curry meal from scratch. Make fresh coconut milk, cook dhal curry, chicken curry, seasonal vegetable curries, a traditional tempered dish, coconut sambol or mallung, and discover authentic Sri Lankan spices and cooking techniques.
