【Kobe Urban Aquarium AQUARIUM×ART átoa Admission Ticket】
・Admission is free of charge for children who are under the age of 3.
・We do not allow children under 13 to enter without a guardian.
・Kindly avoid re-entering.
・One child (age 3〜6) may enter free of charge per adult.

Voucher (Digital Ticket)
*Please note that the Hankyu 1-Day Pass and the Kobe Aquarium AQUARIUM×ART átoa admission ticket will be issued as two separate digital vouchers.

A smartphone with internet access is required.

【Hankyu 1-Day Pass】
・Digital special tickets cannot be used with other tickets or IC card tickets. Fare adjustment machines cannot be used either.
・When using digital special tickets, please use ticket gates that support QR codes.
・For refunds, please contact the place of purchase, such as your travel agency.
・In cases of natural disasters or other disruptions, the railway operator (service provider) may suspend or partially interrupt services associated with the digital special ticket without prior notice.
・If necessary, refunds for digital special tickets may still be processed through this ticket service, even after usage has started, at the discretion of the railway operator.
・The ticket cannot be used if purchase information cannot be confirmed due to device malfunction or a dead battery. In such cases, the standard passenger fare from the entry station to the exit station will be charged separately.
・This ticket is valid for one day, from 3:00 AM to 2:59 AM the following day. Please ensure you press the “Start Use” button after 3:00 AM on the day of use. Activating the ticket between 12:00 AM and 2:59 AM will render it invalid for use after 3:00 AM.
・Handling is subject to the transportation terms and conditions, etc.

・Feel free to take photos inside the building, but please be considerate of others by not using large equipment or taking up too much space. Also, please avoid using flash photography in areas where it is prohibited to protect the local wildlife. Lastly, refrain from live streaming or other similar activities. Thank you!
・Please do not bring pets, but please feel free to carry a guide, service, and hearing dogs.
・It is recommended to arrive early due to potential congestion on surrounding roads and parking lots.
