The Strahov Stadium is the stadium with the largest area in the world. Its capacity is 250,000 seats, of which 56,000 are for seating. Since March 6, 2003, the concrete grandstands have been registered on the list of cultural monuments of the Czech Republic.

Košíře was a village surrounded by vineyards until the second half of the 19th century. In the 16th and 17th centuries, Košíře Myslíková from Hyršov owned, from where some of them extended their predicate. They began to develop into their current form at the same time as the development of industry in Smíchov (the workers of the Smíchov factories lived in Košíře). In 1895, Košíře was promoted to a town. In 1922, Košíře became part of Greater Prague.

The Petrin Lookout Tower, one of the inseparable landmarks of Prague, was built as part of the Jubilee Exhibition in 1891 as a free copy of the Eiffel Tower in Paris (it is in a ratio of 1: 5), is 63.5 m high and reaches its top, which is at the same altitude. height like the real Eiffel Tower, leads 299 steps. Kampa is an island on the Vltava River in Prague's Lesser Town, from which it is separated by the Čertovka mill ditch. The area of ​​the island is 5.2 ha. The oldest mention of the island of Kampa is in the founding document of the Church of the St. John from 1169. The island acquired its present appearance by landscaping and the Čertovka riverbed.

It is one of the oldest and most impressive parts of Prague, built in the castle grounds of Prague Castle. It is a tourist-attractive location with a number of churches, palaces and other monuments and a high proportion of green areas of gardens and orchards, including Petřín Hill. It is home to important institutions of state power (both chambers of the Parliament, the Office of the Government, three ministries) and embassies.

The area of ​​the castle is usually stated to be 7.28 ha, but it is still the subject of disputes. It is considered not only a symbol of the city, but also of Czech statehood and, according to the Guinness Book of Records, the largest ancient castle in the world. It is also the largest inhabited castle in the world, just behind it is English Windsor.
