Highlights
Chengdu has long been famous for its adorable pandas, mouth-numbing spicy fiery hotpot. The travelers have an opportunity to get both of them in a half-day tour. The travelers will be guided by the panda experts, who share their passion for the beloved creatures. In lunch, we will try the famous Sichuan hotpot. A big pot filled with hot spicy oil and surrounded by plates of raw meats and vegetables. The pieces of meat and vegetables are sliced very thin and small to cook very quickly. We usually try half spicy and half non-spicy. The non-spicy part is filled with a delicious broth for those who are not a big fan of spicy foods.

Giant Panda Breeding Research Base (Xiongmao Jidi)
4 hoursAdmission Ticket IncludedChengdu Research Base is a non-profit research and breeding facility for giant pandas and the red pandas. There are more than 180 giant pandas, subadults and panda cubs living in the panda base. The travelers have an opportunity to see the newborn cubs in Summer.
