In the event of cancellation due to severe weather such as typhoons, blizzards, or strong winds, we will notify you by email the day before. The final decision regarding whether the flight will proceed will be sent again by email on the morning of the day of your flight (8:30-10:00 local time).
You can still see dolphins even if it rains. (There are rooms on the boat, so you won't get wet.)
Please understand that since these are wild dolphins, they may not always be visible. In such cases, we will not offer refunds, but we will provide you with a free boarding pass valid for one year. As these are resident dolphins, you can see them all year round, regardless of the season.
