The tour was good, the guide was friendly and explained things in detail. But when I booked it, I didn't put the pickup location, so I approached the service provider and let him know the pickup location that I'll go, that is about 8 minutes walk from my hotel. However he said he is not the in charge for pickup and requested me to approach the site that I booked this tour for amendment, which was very strange. I'm pretty sure he knows who's the person that arranging the pickup, why couldn't he just inform that person? So the site that I booked approached the service provider but couldn't get any response, so they advised me to approach the service provider, lol. At the end, I had to take Uber to the breakfast location to meet them.
