- Open daily except Tuesdays from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Buffet dinner is served from 5:30 PM to 8:00 PM.
- Pre-show entertainment runs from 7:20 PM to 8:05 PM.
- Theatre doors open at 8:05 PM, with the show starting at 8:30 PM.
- Additional shows may be announced in advance.
Show and dinner timings are subject to change without prior notice.
- The show duration is 80 minutes without intermission.
- Silver seat bookings are automatically upgraded to Gold seats, subject to availability.
- Photography and video recording are strictly prohibited during the show; cameras and recording devices must be deposited in the reception hall’s deposit room.
- Cell phones must be turned off, and food, drinks, smoking, and pets are not allowed in the theatre.
- For safety, guests must remain seated during the entire performance.
- Children aged 4 to 12 years or 100 to 140 cm in height require a child ticket; proof of height may be required.
- Children under 100 cm in height receive free admission but must share a seat with a parent.
- Restrooms are available within the complex.
- Limited designated parking may be available for disabled guests, contact the venue for details.
For options with Round-Trip Shared Transfer only:
- Pick-up is available within Phuket Island.
- Pick-up time for shared round-trip transfer service will be provided via email.
- Please be at the hotel lobby at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
Your booking will be confirmed by the provider instantly.
- For options without upgrades, a full refund will be processed if cancelled at least 2 days before your selected activity date. No refunds can be issued if cancelled less than 2 days before your selected activity date.

Siam Niramit Phuket was amazing! A world-class show with stunning visuals, rich Thai culture, and top-quality stage effects. Every moment was full of surprises and very interactive. A must-see experience!
The whole experience was very smooth. The pick-up was on-time and there were ushers upon arrival and departure so you would not be confused where to go. There was sufficient time to explore the complex which includes a mini Thai village, and the buffet dinner was not bad. This ticket is like for a museum, show, and dinner all in one, and worth it.
Such a beautiful and cultural experience, from beginning where you get to wander the old time village, follow by very fun dining experiences with food stalls to mimick night market, the show itself was artistic and meaningful too
This is one of the best cultural introductions to Thailand. We enjoyed the entire experience. There is small cultural village to explore before the show, a pre-show, and a magical show.
We loved the whole experience. Everything from pick-up, meal, pre-show and show were all superb! Especially loved the underwater scene! Would do it all again!
The shared transfer service is excellent, especially after the show. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes, and the service is top-notch. The performances by the artists are highly professional and impressive.
The pickup was on time. Overall good experience to see the ethnic culture of Thailand. The buffet was a good spread but there is room for more improvement.
Booked a Gold Seat + Shared Transfer. Great view, close enough to see the details and far enough to see the whole stage. Not worth to book Platinum Seat, too close. Great show, world class stage setting. No elephants this time. Did not receive email confirmation on driver pick up time, need to contact Pelago Customer Service to follow up. They responded within an hour and sorted out the driver arrangement.
