This cooking class takes place in the home of the Chef where you will learn to cook from scratch the best of the Mexican recipes. Every day you will enjoy a different menu: ·Monday - Barbecue and quesabirrias. ·Taco Tuesday - Steak, Pastor and chorizo tacos ·Wednesday - Chicken with mole and rice. ·Thursday - Red and green tamales. ·Friday - Cochinita pibil On all the classes we will also cook: ·Mexican salsa ·Red salsa in a molcajete ·Guacamole ·Totopos ·Comal tortillas ·Rajas poblanas with cream Get ready to delight yourself with an authentic Mexican feast!
