Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu (1335 meters) Day 2: Kathmandu Valley Sightseeing (1334 meters) Day 3: Kathmandu to Jiri (2100 meters/7-8 hrs) Day 4: Jiri to Bhandara:(2370 meters/6 hrs trek) Day 5: Bhandar to Sete ( 2650 meters/5-6hrs trek) Day 6: Sete to Junbesi (3530 meters/6-8 hrs trek) Day 7: Junbesi to Nuntala ( 2980 meters/7-8 hrs trek) Day 8: Nuntala to Bupse (2300 meters/7 hrs trek) Day 9: Bupse to Choplung (2860 meters/6-8 hrs trek) Day 10: Choplung to Namche Bazaar (3420 meters/6-8 hrs trek) Day 11: In Namche Bazaar (3440 meters) Day 12: Namache Bazar to Tengboche( 3870m./5-6 hrs) Day 13: Tengboche to Dingboche(4,360/6-7 hrs) Day 14: Acclimatization day in Dingboche Day 15: Dingboche to Lobuche(4940m./5-6 hrs) Day 16: Labuche to Gorakshep(5,170m./7-8 hrs) Day 17: Gorakshep to Kalapathar(5545m.)-Pheriche(4280m./6-7 hrs) Day 18: Pheriche to Namche(4-5 hrs) Day 19: Namche to Phakding (4-5 hrs) Day 20: Phakding to Lukla(3-4 hrs) Day 21: Fly back Kathmandu Day 22: Fly back home
