- Waiting Time: For airport arrivals, free waiting time is up to 120 minutes after your flight lands. For hotel pickups, the grace period is 15 minutes.

- For departure transfers, it is recommended to schedule your pickup at least 3 hours before your flight.
- Service to remote areas such as Gilimanuk, Lovina, or Amed is available for an additional surcharge of USD 30 per area.
