Purchase Notice
- The standard pick-up and drop-off location is Jeju Airport.
- If you need service outside of the specified hours, please consult with the driver (an additional fee of 20,000 KRW per hour will apply).
- Upon arrival at Jeju Airport, please visit the Lotte Rent-a-Car airport desk next to Gate 2 on the first floor (for airport meetings).
- Depending on the number of passengers, a vehicle change may occur on-site (additional fees may apply).
- The schedule must conclude by 10 PM at the latest.

Booked a 9-hour private charter via Pelago — smooth process with quick confirmation. Our driver, Hanna, was punctual, cheerful, and drove skillfully even in foggy weather. We visited Hueree Park, Snoopy Garden, and had a nice local lunch. Communication was easy with a translator app. Highly recommended if you’re short on time in Jeju!
Driver lacked basic manners. Did not greet us or introduced himself. Refused to help when my friend has trouble moving the passenger seat to get into the back. I have to ask him for his contact number so that I can message him. Driver pretended not to understand basic English and only spoke in monosyllables until our last stop. The only positive out of this bad experience is that the Lotte logistic operator was very responsive to my feedback and changed the driver for our subsequent booking.
