You will receive the login details and e-ticket in a separate email on the day the activity takes place
Alternatively, you may collect your ticket for the National Museum from the Get Prague Guide office, located at Maiselova 5, Prague 1 - Old Town (Josefov) (Please note that the office is located approximately 30 minutes from the National Museum)
Your self-guided online audio tour will also start from the location mentioned earlier
