Have a short break for breakfast in the village of Preah Dak. Taste an authentic Cambodian breakfast like Khmer noodle soup with traditional desserts like palm cakes and steamed rice dumplings with palm sugar.Victory Gate and Bayon Temple
Make your way to Angkor Thom and Bayon Temple, surrounded by lush forests and best seen in the morning due to its eastward orientation. The temple was built by King Jayavarman VII, who was a Mahayana Buddhist. I was the only passenger on the tuk tuk and my driver was accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended, though I think it is dependent on the driver assigned.
