Highlights
Mikumi National Park and the Uluguru Mountains are the best places for a short break to discover Tanzanian traditions and nature. We will take you to the famous Masaai tribe, you will be able to take part in their everyday life. The next day is 8 hours in the park hunting wild animals. Get ready to face a lion face to face. On the last day of trekking, you will be able to admire the beautiful landscapes of the Uluguru mountains and see the life of their inhabitants during the trek. The end of the journey is a visit to a local shaman who will reveal some secrets of local medicine and magic.

2 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeMorning 8 am, pick up from your hotel or other agreed point and start your way to Mikumi. The way to takes approximately 5-6 hours. You arrive in Mikumi for lunch. After a short break in the Lodge, a trip to a Maasai village, where you can learn about the customs and traditions of the Maasai. The Maasai are a colorful tribe from Tanzania who’s nomadic traditional lifestyle has endured for centuries.
