- Reservations made between 22:00 and 5:45 of the next day will be charged an additional late night/early morning fee of 2,500 yen.
Additional fees can be paid in cash directly to the driver.

Thank you. Driver was on time. Booking was reconfirmed 48hr before by local agent. I made a mistake on initial booking and local agent was able to make the change for me (pickup time at 7am instead of 7pm)

Driver Zhao Hua was the best driver anyone could ask for. He is kind, patient, and genuinely friendly. We were late for departure, yet he waited calmly for us without any complaint. Had he chosen to leave, we would almost certainly have missed our international flight. He also helped us with our luggages without hesitation, handling everything carefully with both hands and ensuring it was securely and neatly arranged in the vehicle. His driving was efficient yet very smooth. My husband, who gets car-sick easily, felt perfectly comfortable throughout the journey. Upon arriving at the airport, he patiently unloaded our luggages and even checked the backseat to make sure we hadn’t left anything behind. We are extremely grateful for his professionalism and kindness, and highly recommend him.
