The vines are mainly trellised with a planting density of 4000 vines per hectare. In addition to the diversity of soil, Château Kefraya uses a wide and exciting range of grape varieties in its blends. Moreover, the significant variations in temperatures between day and night ensure a perfect ripening of the grapes and optimal harvest conditions.Chateau St Thomas

Established in 1990 by Saïd Touma and his family on a hill overlooking the Bekaa valley. Château St Thomas is the masterpiece of Saïd Touma, a man of passion with more than 55 years’ experience in distillation & fermentation of grape juice who inherited the legacy of producing Arak (Lebanese national drink), & passed it to his son Joe-Assaad.
