* 16-seat (Ford Transit,…). Maximum 12 passengers with the same luggage or 14 passengers without luggage.
• Waiting time:
For International flight: 90 minutes
For Domestic flight: 60 minutes
• Early/Late surcharge: From 22:00 to 5:00, the surcharge will be apply from 05-10 USD based on the car type, our reservation team will advise you and please do a payment on spot/ online payment.

Operator not responsive and very slow response. They did not even contact you first, you are the one to contact them first. Sometimes they don’t even reply my texts. Car was dirty. Would not recommend! At this state, airport taxi is much better.
When i booked this, I was sure I'd indicated to be picked up at 16:30 hrs. As I was leaving Singapore, I realised my pick up time was 6.30 am. Luckily, both Pelago and its Vietnamese service provider acted timely. I got to my hotel smoothly.
Nobody picked me up at the airport. I had to make calls to reach out to the service provider to find my driver. Horrible unpleasant experience. Car was smelly and dirty too.
I arrived at Da Nang Airport on 21 Jun by SQ 174 but no one came to pick me up as scheduled. No one contacted me before or after my arrival, and I had to arrange my own transport. Please issue a full refund for the airport pickup service
