The process of farming regeneratively is not well known and we strive to show guests a glimpse of how a sustainable farming system operates.
We showcase why farming this way is healthier for people and planet and let guests get hands-on with ancient methods for food preservation with their own crock of fermented vegetables.
Itinerary

Our guests will be toured around our regenerative farm, getting insights into some of our processes to make farming sustainable. During a tasting session of the various foods we craft from our farms. Guests will be guided through why regenerative agriculture is important to the health of people and planet and why consuming foods from regenerative farms is healthier. Finally, guests will experience ancient food preservation techniques, creating their own lacto-fermented vegetables that they can take home.
