- Please proceed to the reception counter at your selected Yunomori Onsen & Spa branch (Pattaya, Sukhumvit 26, or Sathorn 10) to present your voucher and collect your wristband.

- Reschedule allowed once per voucher; must be at least 24 hours before treatment time, with new booking within 7 days.
- Onsen and spa treatment voucher must be used in the same visit and cannot be separated.
- Customers must inform the spa reception of any medical conditions upon arrival.
- Onsen use is prohibited for guests with: diabetes, high/low blood pressure, heart conditions, gout, eczema, recent surgery (less than 1 month), pregnancy, or menstruation.
- Spa treatments are prohibited for guests with: cancer, skin infections, bone-related conditions, or recent surgery (less than 1 month).
- Using the Onsen after certain spa treatments (e.g., aromatherapy massage, body scrub, facial treatments) is not allowed due to product contamination risks.
- Management reserves the right to refuse service to ill-mannered, aggressive, or hostile guests.
- Guests with a body temperature over 37.5°C will not be permitted entry.
- The company is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
- Children under 10 years old must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above.
- Children over 4 years old accompanied by a same-gender parent or guardian may use the Onsen facilities.
- Children under 4 years old are not permitted in Onsen facilities.
- Spa treatments are recommended for adults aged 15 years and above.
- Comfortable clothing for before and after spa treatments.
- Swimwear is not required; appropriate Onsen attire will be provided.
- Personal toiletries if preferred (basic amenities are available on-site).
- Valid ID or passport for verification at check-in.
- Facilities are not specifically designed for wheelchair users; please check with the branch directly for accessibility support.
- Instant confirmation upon booking.
- Advance reservation with the selected branch is required prior to visit.
- No cancellation or refund after purchase.
- Rescheduling allowed once per voucher if made at least 24 hours prior to booking time.
- Please present either a mobile or printed voucher at reception to receive your wristband.

After the busy holidays, this Onsen was a true paradise. Combining Japanese and Thai culture, it offers a spotless environment, pools with various temperatures, and friendly staff. Enjoy delicious food, a cup of tea, or a rejuvenating massage to recharge. Highly recommended for ultimate relaxation!
Well trained masseur with excellent Thai massage techniques. Clean and comfy massage room. Great Onsen, steam room and sauna plus on-site Japanese restaurant and relaxation room to spend time before and after masssge. Great experience overall and good value for money.
Had a very enjoyable time at the spa, they had a wide variety of Onsen pools each with their own special benefits. The massages were fantastic as well and definite must go when visiting Bangkok!
Second time I went on a Monday morning it was less crowded with very few people inside. A great place to unwind and relax. Will be a Bangkok staple for me each time I'm back.
The onsen and thai massage were good. The outlet at Sathorn is easy to find and short walk from BTS station. Will sign up the package again when I am at Bangkok.

This review is for Yunomori Sukhumvit branch. I love this branch way better than its Sathorn branch. The onsen area is way more spacious, the water is clean and the temperature is right. Overall, it is a good place to unwind for half a day in Bangkok.
