- Pick up/ drop off within Singapore/ Airport/ Cruise Terminal
- Customer can freely plan out their own itinerary within Singapore
Must Know
- For up to 4-5 passengers, only 2 x 25" luggages can be accommodated.
- For up to 3 passengers, up to 3 x 25" luggages can be accommodated.
- If the luggage sizes are bigger than this, please inform us in advance in the note so that we can check if we can accommodate or not.
- Additionally, please mention flight time and number in the note at the time of booking.
Additional Charges
Additional Charges for Transfer Service Booking:
- Tuas area pickup/drop-off: +$15
- Midnight surcharge (12:00 AM – 6:00 AM): +$15
- Child seat (Kanga/Booster): +$5 per seat
- Each additional stop: +$15
- Arrival transfer wait time: 30 minutes
- Every additional 15 minutes: +$5
Booking Confirmation
- 48 Hours Confirmation
- Please present the QR code at entry.
- Barcode must be scannable. Photos or serial numbers are not valid.
Cancellation Policy
- No cancellations or refunds after the order is placed
- Expired tickets are not refundable
Voucher Use
- Present the scannable barcode QR code at the designated gate for direct entry
