Made reservation via watsapp in advance, but was unable to contact the spa to change the timing on the day itself - both watsapp and landline had no answer/reply. So I had to rush down. I paid for deep tissue oil massage, but was led to the room for Thai massage. Finally, after I protested, the masseur agreed to do deep tissue massage. She was good, but her technique was very much like Thai body massage, so don't pay more for the deep tissue. Best to buy only when you are at the outlet, not in advance. Apparently, pelago partners with a third party which liaise with the outlet so it was very complicated and they could not find my booking which is weird as it was confirmed via watsapp.
