The group will be guided by a Chef Instructor as they learn to master these delicious, traditional sauces and accompaniments. You will cover every detail of the preparation of the jus and classic sauces selected by Le Cordon Bleu Chef. And, to delight your taste buds, a tasting will take place at the end of the Workshop.

You will end the experience with a full day and night at an exclusive, world-famous champagne house. Our visit includes a commented tasting followed by a delectable 5-course dinner by a classic French chef who will pair each dish with the perfect champagne. You will learn about the art of wine and champagne-making along with its long and rich culture. For this experience, we will travel by train for about one hour, and your accommodation is included.
