Itinerary

    Make your own way to the meeting point at Sihlquai Bus Terminal near Zurich's main train station (Zurich HB). Start of tour. Drive along Lake Zurich. Visit a Swiss farm. Sample a glass of fresh cow milk. Discover how Swiss milk is turned into cheese. Visit the Appenzeller show dairy. View a cellar storing up to 12,500 wheels of cheese. Savour Appenzeller cheese during a cheese tasting. Ride the cable car up to Hoher Kasten. Enjoy lunch at a revolving restaurant. Stroll through the Appenzell village.
