Please order by drop-off date and put your preferred drop-off and pick-up time in the order note
All luggage should be separated rather than being bundled or attached with any other item, including but not limited to plastic bag, travelling pillows, and small travelling bag(s)
AIRPORTELs does not accept any partial retrieval request or pick up personal item(s) from the luggage during storage service
For daily storage: You must pick up your luggage within 24 hours of the drop-off time. If your luggage stays past 24 hours, an additional surcharge will be accordingly applied to be paid directly to the AIRPORTELs staff
If the customer does not meet the booking details or if the booking is out of service conditions, AIRPORTELs has the right to deny the booking or apply additional charges
Luggage pick-up will be at the same location as drop-off
