The tour group members were good, places were lovely. Swiss Tour company which runs and organised the tour, is disappointing. First, upon calling a day before the tour, the Swiss tour staff confirmed the pick up time at the hotel, timing was 7:40am. Waited till 7:45am, no sign of the pick up van, called up and was told I needed to be at the bus station my own! Thought I would not be able to make it, but thankfully there was taxi to take me there without missing the tour. Then, in the contract, it says water bottle was provided, but no sign of the bottles in the tour van, upon asking, apparently, the tour company did not take it seriously and honour the contract. Booked the activities through Singapore Airline, which partnership with Pelago, and Pelago did the booking with Viator and viator to Swiss tour. Too many inter partnership, and at the end, no one responsible.
