8 hoursAdmission Ticket FreeThe first day of the excursion consists of a morning departure from Marrakech, Agadir or Ouarzazate, with transport by private vehicle, to reach the village of Mhamid, located at the edge of the desert. A break is possible in a village in the Atlas, with a visit to Ait Ben Haddou which is near Ouarzazate. Ait Ben Haddou is a Ksar classified as a UNESCO heritage site. Hike to Sidi Naji

In the company of the Desert Morocco Trek team and the camel caravan, we follow the course of the Drâa wadi through the magnificent palm grove of M’hamid. After a few hours of walking, we set up our bivouac between the dunes, near the sanctuary of Sidi Naji, where according to oral tradition, this Marabout lived 18 generations ago. Exploring the Zmaila region

Hike to Erg Zahar

These magnificent sand dunes offer a breathtaking view of the entire Drâa Valley. This is one of our favorite places! Little visited, it is the Sahara as we imagine it: lunar and hilly. Erg Zaher Trip to the Ruins of Erg Samar
