We thoroughly enjoyed our tour of the market and city, especially the part where we visited the noodle-making family. It was truly eye-opening to witness the generations-old craft of rice noodle making by such a hardworking family. And the noodles themselves were delicious! To make our experience even more special, since we visited during Songkran, our host graciously included the "Rod Nam Dun Hua" ceremony, where scented water was poured over our palms and feet—a beautiful traditional Songkran ritual. This was definitely a highlight of our trip! The culinary experience was equally enlightening. We were pleasantly surprised by how simple the recipes were to replicate back at home. The instructions provided were clear and understandable, even for those of us who are not frequent kitchen-goers. Overall, our hosts were simply amazing, providing deep insights into Thai culture and introducing us to common Thai foods. We highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about Thai culture and cuisine.
