- All participants are required to acknowledge and complete the Indemnity Form, which will be sent upon booking confirmation.
- For safety and comfort purposes, participants are required to wear long pants and covered flat shoes e.g. sports shoes, trainers, sneakers. No heels allowed.
- Participants should be in good overall health and free from any medical conditions or reduced mobility that could be worsened by the sensory effects of the simulator. Pregnant individuals and those with heart conditions or back and neck issues are advised to consult their healthcare provider prior to taking part.

Full Flight Experience: Every Friday at 4pm and Saturday at 11am
Exclusive Tour to AATC: Every Friday at 2.30pm and Saturday at 10am
For October & November 2025,
Full Flight Experience: Every Friday and Saturday at 2.30pm
Exclusive Tour to AATC: Every Friday and Saturday at 1.30pm
- Minimum Age for Flight Experience: 10 years old
- For attendees below the age of 18, it is required for their legal guardian to sign all waiver forms on their behalf.
- English-Speaking Guide and Flight Instructors.
- There is a cafe located in Airbus Asia Training Centre for dining. (Operating hours: 8.30am - 8.30pm, Monday to Saturday)
- Free parking available at site.
