- All activities are conducted indoors and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Booking Confirmation
- Manual confirmation is required for this product.
- You will receive your confirmation within 72 hours of booking.
- Bookings must be made 14 days in advance.
- Please note that while the standard confirmation time is 72 hour, in certain cases—particularly for requests made over weekends, arrangements may not be possible even with three days notice due to operational constraints.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 15 or more days before the activity date are eligible for a 100% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 15 days before the activity date are non-refundable.
- Please note that cancellations and refunds will be handled in accordance with the provider’s cancellation policy.
