    In the afternoon, we will proceed to Kyaikhto, head directly to the basecamp, and then take an open truck to the mountain top. which takes approximately one hour. The journey through the monsoon forest with mountain ranges provides a unique experience. Afterward, there’s a 20 minutes’ walk to our destination. In the evening, we will enjoy the breathtaking sunset from the mountain top before spending the night at hotel.
  • Accommodations
    Overnight at Yoe Yoe Lay Hotel (or) Kyaikhto Hotel. Both hotels are 3 star located on the mountain top.
Visit to Golden Rock Pilgrimage Site - Yangon

  • Kyaiktiyo Pagoda

    After breakfast at the hotel, our tour guide will pick you up to visit the main pilgrimage site. Here, you will witness the sacred boulder covered in gold leaves, delicately balanced on the very edge of a cliff, 3000ft above sea level. Take in the breathtaking sunset from this unforgettable vantage point. The Golden Rock Pagoda hosts the 9000-candle lighting festival twice a year, making it one of Myanmar’s popular events. In the afternoon, we will take a truck down to the basecamp and then continue the drive back to Yangon.
