    Your driver will pick you up from your Guilin city hotels lobby and take you to airport for a 2 hour flight to Zhengzhou. Upon arrival, your tour guide will hold your name sign waiting for you at the exit of the Arrival Hall. Hop on your private air-conditioned vehicle, heading directly to Shaolin Temple (1.5 hours), your tour guide will explain the related histories and stories on the way, feel free to ask questions if you have. Shaolin Temple is famous for Chinese Kungfu, first you will have a chance to witness the real Kung Fu performed by Shaolin monks. As a UNESCO Site, the Shaolin Temple was first constructed in 495 A.D. Later, Emperor Xiaowen of the Northern Wei Dynasty (386-557) had the temple built to accommodate the Indian master Batuo. As Chinese Kungfu also originated from Shaolin Temple, it has been recognized as the origin of Chan Buddhism and the cradle of Kungfu. Accompanied by your knowledgable tour guide, you will get you know the histories and related stories about Shaolin Temple - culture, people and soul.

As the UNESCO Site, The Longmen Grottoes comprise more than 2,300 caves and niches carved into the steep limestone cliffs over a 1km long stretch. It is the largest and most impressive collection of Chinese art of the late Northern Wei and Tang Dynasties (316-907). Accompanied by your knowledgable tour guide, you will also visit the Fengxian Temple and the Wanfo Cave. Then, you will take the boat ride to enjoy the amazing panoramic view of Longmen Grottoes.

    Next, follow your tour guide to explore the White Horse Temple.  The White Horse Temple, patronized in 68 CE by Emperor Ming in the Eastern Han Dynasty’s capital, is the first Buddhist temple to be built in China.
