- The National Palace Museum offers free admission on five days each year: New Year’s Day (Jan 1), Lantern Festival (date varies), International Museum Day (May 18), World Tourism Day (Sept 27), and National Day (Oct 10).
- Visitors are encouraged to plan at least 2 hours at each attraction.
- Adult tickets apply to ages 18 and above.
- Child and youth ticket rules vary by venue (see below).
- National Palace Museum: Children 17 years and under: Free admission.
