• The transfer service operates daily for 24 hours
• For service, must be booked at least 12 hours before the departure time

• In the case require to pick up at airport, meet up location information as follows:
  
  - International flights is at Gate 16.
  
  - Domestic flights is at Gate 15.

  
  

• Child seat is available for children aged 0-4 or under 109 cm (on request).

  
  

• For waiting time, in case we can contact customers we will wait for them as per their request. But in case we can not contact customers we will wait for them up to 120 minutes from pick up time then will count as "no show" if it's longer than 120 minutes.

  
  

• For vehicle services between 23:59-05:59, an extra charge of THB 500 per hour will apply.

  
  

• There are additional charges for some locations, and if the vehicle crosses provinces, confirmation from the operator is required. The operator will notify you once your location is confirmed.
