On arrival check-in and then advance with a full-day game drive, game viewing at Mikumi National takes you to the beautiful species of animals and birds. The Selous has over 350 bird species, and the river is the place where they congregate in great numbers and are easily seen in the open environment. Walking safari is a fantastic way to get close to nature and learn more about the smaller species and the bush itself. It's an unforgettable experience to walk within such a vast and untamed area of the natural reserve. The walks take about 2-3 hours long and usually, the walk leaves the camp at 6:00 AM-6:30 AM.
