- Pickup Window: Available from 3 days before the tour until the day prior to departure (9:00 AM – 7:00 PM). Tickets cannot be picked up on the day of the tour.
- Bus Boarding in Nagoya: Meitetsu Bus Center 4F, Bus Stop No. 24.
- Bus Boarding at Park: Expo 2005 Aichi Commemorative Park Bus Stop No. 3.

- Passport Required: You must book using your name exactly as it appears on your passport. Passports will be checked upon entry to Ghibli Park.
- Shinkansen Rules: Tickets are for non-reserved seats only. You cannot upgrade to reserved or Green Car. Large luggage (>160cm total dimensions) is not allowed on non-reserved cars.
- Bus Rules: The bus is first-come, first-served. Standing is not allowed. If the bus is full, you must wait for the next one.
- Strict Timing: Entry to Ghibli's Grand Warehouse is strictly 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Late arrivals will be denied entry.
- International visitors only; groups composed entirely of Japanese citizens cannot book this tour.
- Children 0–3: Can join free of charge if they do not require a bus seat. If they occupy a seat, an infant rate or child ticket may apply.
- Children 4–5: Ghibli Park admission is included. One infant rides the bus free per adult. If an adult brings 2+ infants, extra bus tickets must be purchased on-site.
- Child ticket: Ages 6–11.
- Valid Passport: Essential for entry verification.
- Voucher: The physical vouchers/tickets picked up from Tokyo City i.
- This is an unguided tour requiring self-navigation through train stations and parks.
- Bus transfer does not allow standing passengers.
