• The customer must take the original id card or passport to the Alhambra complex
The tour might be altered if Alhambra Trust limits access to certain area

• A security deposit or credit card number will be required as guarantee when you take the audioguide
Usage
Swap your tickets at the Visitor Centre de Granavisión, Paseo de la Sabica 28, next to the Hotel Guadalupe.
Please note: Alhambra requires that all passengers provide the full name, date of birth and passport details for each participant when booking. If not provided, the Alhambra may deny access to their premises.
Time of entry to Nasrid Palaces will be printed on your skip-the-line ticket
If you don´t provide the names and passport numbers of all participants you will not be able to visit the monument
On occasion the Alhambra Trust may alter the visit. In this case, the tour will be adapted accordingly without reducing the visiting time
Post Purchase
• For reasons of sustainability and cleanliness we do not provide headphones. It is recommended that customers bring their own headphones, if you can not bring yours we can provide them for the price of 1€
• A security deposit or credit card number will be required as guarantee when you take the audioguide
If the tour is altered the starting time might be changed. In that case you will be contacted by the tour operator and informed of the new starting time the day before the tour

The whole process of booking to exchanging for the tickets to enter Alhambra was smooth and fuss free. Just a minor room for improvement. Perhaps to inform customers to bring their own earphones for the audioguides. Without ear phones you have to read the description instead of listening to it.
