Take a journey back in time into the history of Siam's ancient capital, Ayutthaya. From the 14th to the 18th century it was one of the most important urban metropolises in the world and was the diplomatic and economic center of the region. Today it is primarily the old, iconic temple complexes of the UNESCO World Heritage Site that need to be explored.
