How to Redeem & Use Your JR Shikoku / JR Kagawa Mini Pass
Step 1 — Receive your QR voucher
Instant confirmationYour booking is confirmed and a Final Ticket/QR voucher will be sent. Print the QR code (recommended) or have it ready on your phone.Step 2 — Prepare documents
Passport requiredBring the QR voucher and your non-Japanese passport with Temporary Visitor (short-term stay) status.Step 3 — Exchange for the pass
Exchange within 90 daysGo to a redemption office (Warp/Green Window) at Takamatsu, Tokushima, Matsuyama, Kochi, Sakaide, Okayama (TiS), or Osaka (Warp Umeda). Kagawa Mini Pass can also be exchanged at Takamatsu or Sakaide. Vouchers are valid for exchange within 90 days of issue.Step 4 — Choose your start date
Consecutive daysAt exchange, select the first day of use. The pass will then be valid for the chosen duration (3/4/5/7 days or 2 days for Kagawa Mini) on consecutive days.Step 5 — Ride freely
Unlimited ridesBoard non-reserved cars on eligible JR Shikoku/partner lines. Show the pass to staff or at gates when requested. Train operating hours are generally 5:00 AM–12:00 AM (varies by line).Step 6 — Optional reserved seating

To redeem at the Green Window, It was swift & didn’t require as many information as other platforms to be keyed in.
Easy to buy and i got my hotel to print the exchange order for me . This is a great pass as you can use it on private railways and tram which other JR passes usually don't allow
The ticket only issued upon escalation, which almost 24 hours. As much, may not able to purchase on the spot for some urgent cases. Hope can get almost real time ticket issuance. Thanks.
