- Closed: November 4–10, 2025 and December 30, 2025 – January 1, 2026.
- Opening hours are subject to change due to infectious disease measures or weather conditions.
- If booking multiple tickets, all participants must enter the zoo together at the same time.
- Ticket types cannot be changed at the zoo ticket office after the booking is confirmed.
- Fast-track or priority admission is not included with this ticket.
- Tickets obtained through illegal means, such as resold or lost tickets, are invalid.
- Adult tickets are required for travelers aged 16 and over (high school students and older).
- Tickets are valid for use from April 26, 2025, to April 7, 2026.
