**AIRSIM redemption process:

1. Existing AIRSIM users: Go to the online redemption page and enter the
redemption code (10 characters), name, phone number and email address, as well
as your existing AIRSIM account number (10 digits). HK$20 stored value will be
deposited into your designated account within 30 days.

2. New AIRSIM users: Visit the online redemption page to enter the
10-character redemption code, personal contact information, and mailing
address. An AIRSIM (with HK$20 stored value) will be mailed to you within 5
business days. Hong Kong postal delivery takes approximately 5 business days.
You can also choose to collect your card in person at the AIRSIM Causeway Bay
Service Centre or AIRSIM Shatin Shek Mun Office. Once you submit your
application, you can collect your card.

• Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and non-reselling. If KKday or the organizer discovers any resale, they will reserve the right to cancel the use of the ticket and will not make any compensation to KKday members.
• Each KKday account can purchase up to 10 seat tickets per order
