Children aged 5 and under are admitted free of charge. Children aged 6 who have not yet entered elementary school are also admitted free of charge. If a 12-year-old is an elementary school student, the child rate applies. If a 15-year-old is a junior high school student, the junior high school rate applies. High school students are charged the adult rate.

This ticket cannot be resold. A resold ticket will be invalid.

The valid period of the voucher:

The paper ticket can be collected within 90 days from the date of purchase.
*Once a paper ticket is collected, the ticket is valid for 6 months.
*The valid time will be printed on the ticket when passing through a ticket gate.
*If you enter the station and board the train within the valid time, you can still leave the station even if the valid time has passed.
*If you do not start using the ticket within the validity period, the ticket will be invalid.
*If the exchanged ticket cannot be used at the automated ticket gates, please inform a station attendant. After verification, a new ticket will be issued.

*Please note that the 2D Barcode to collect the Tokyo Skytree Admission ticket and the 2D Barcode to collect the Tokyo Subway Ticket are separate. Please present the voucher at each location accordingly.

When entering Tokyo Skytree, please open the usage screen from the voucher link sent to you at the time of purchase and present the 2D code for admission.
Please ensure you can access the web page on your smartphone and that you have a stable internet connection.

[Tokyo Subway Ticket]
・Please note that we do not offer partial exchanges of tickets. Each purchase will have a unique QR code, even if multiple tickets are bought. When you scan the QR code on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway, all the tickets you purchase will be exchanged and valid starting from the day of exchange.
・If the magnetic field on your Tokyo Subway Ticket becomes damaged or weakened, it may not be usable at automatic ticket gates. Please avoid placing the ticket near objects that emit strong magnetic fields (such as smartphones, home appliances, magnetic fasteners on wallets, etc.).

Please note sudden closure and event cancellation may happen due to unexpected circumstances such as bad weather, etc. Please check the homepage of each facility before visiting.

Reservations can be made starting up to 1 month prior to the designated participation date.

Booking must be made before 23:59 JST, one day prior to the designated participation date.

Q: How do I confirm my booking?
A: You will get a confirmation email once your booking is confirmed. The confirmation email will be sent to your registered email account. Please check the booking information and voucher with a 2D Barcode in the correct email account. You can also check the booking information by clicking the Booking Details link in the email.

Q: I book the ticket with my smartphone so I can’t print the voucher. Is it possible to collect a paper ticket by directly presenting the voucher on the smartphone?
A: Yes. You can present the 2D Barcode on your smartphone to collect a ticket.

Q: How do I use the voucher on the day of visit?
A: Voucher with a 2D Barcode will be sent to your registered email account when the booking is completed. Please bring the voucher to collect an admission ticket on the day of visit. You can show the voucher to participate some of the activities without collecting a paper ticket. Please refer to each product page for details.

Q: Can I change or cancel my booking?
A: Sorry, the booking can't be canceled or changed.
