As the venue is the Presidential office, some areas may close or have altered hours for official events
In September and October (mainly around Czech Independence Day), some areas may close for the Crown Jewel Exhibition or award ceremony; you’ll be notified by email of any changes

Usage
Pick up your tickets any time from 09:00 till 16:00 at the office of GET PRAGUE GUIDE at Maiselova 5, 110 00, Prague 1
Look for the blue and white umbrella
You need to exchange your voucher for the tickets at our office Get Prague Guide, where you will also receive all the important information about the tickets from our friendly staff
In the office you will receive the tickets for the Astronomical Clock Tower and the National Museum (besides the one for Prague Castle)
Your tickets are valid for two days (from the day you receive them)
Post Purchase
In case of an emergency, please call the local partner office at +420 725 744 770 (or send them a message on Whatsapp). Or send them an email at info@getpragueguide.com. In case you are running late, please let the operator immediately know.
