You will eat the flavored ice cream of your choice and you will learn how to do it perfectly starting from the processing of the best seasonal products or your favorites.

In the cooking class you will learn how to prepare a real artisanal Italian Ice cream/Gelato, step by step, in different taste (all 3 variants will be well explained, water based ice cream, milk based ice cream, egg based ice cream), in a traditional and private location, for lunch or dinner, in in the heart of Milan. You will eat the ice cream we'll prepare together , we will offer you drinks and water, all inclusive. You will receive my PDF with the recipe and the preparation process with professional competence, you will also be ready to open your ice cream shop. For special requests or different information contact me. After booking you will be contacted by us for information about any intolerances and to find out which flavors of ice cream you like. We will also prepare wonderful chocolate-covered ice cream Bon Bons together.
