Driver was 30mins late, and using his phone while driving 95% of the time. Informed the operator to tell driver not to use phone but he used Google translate to scold us that we shouldn’t teach him how to drive, and is very aggressive towards us. Biggest mistake to book this private transfer. Waste of money. Only book this if you want to put your life at risk.
