Please be informed that you must gather at the assigned meeting spot at the specified time below.
New Chitose Airport: 15 minutes before the bus departure time.
Other meeting point : 10 minutes before the bus departure time.

Please note that we cannot wait for customers who fail to arrive after the departure time. In such a scenario, it will be deemed "non-participation without notification.

Connecting Time
Domestic Flight:■From Airplane to Bus：45 min;■From Bus to Airplane：90 min
International Flight:■From Airplane to Bus：90 min;■From Bus to Airplane：150 min

There may be delays or suspensions in service due to weather or road conditions.

Riding Precautions:
- Smoking is not allowed inside the bus.
- Seats are not reserved. Please remember that seats may be assigned for full capacity or other reasons.
- Please set your cell phone to silent mode and avoid talking on the phone while on the bus.
- Please cooperate by wearing your seat belt.
- Ski/board boots are not allowed on the bus.
- Only ski equipment and one piece of other luggage can be kept in the bus’s trunk.
- If you bring skis or snowboards, please put them in a special bag or case. We kindly ask for your cooperation as this may cause damage to your luggage while loading and unloading onto the bus or in the trunk while the bus is moving.
- Please avoid any actions that may cause disturbance or inconvenience to other passengers.
